Call us on 01670 860256

We are so happy to be re-opening our parks to holiday makers and being able to welcome you back from Saturday 4th July.

To ensure that our customers and staff are kept safe we have had to implement some new procedures which are listed below. We would be grateful if you would follow these.

We kindly ask that if anyone in your party is showing symptoms of COVID-19, you notify us immediately and do not travel.

Reception & Check In
  • Check in is 4pm. As we are implementing a more thorough cleansing and sanitising process, please do not arrive before the check-in time, as your accommodation may not be ready and we don’t have a waiting area.
  • We kindly ask that only one member of your party enters the reception at a time.
  • We have new social distancing measures in place that include a new perspex screen at the reception counter, along with hand sanitiser for you to use.
  • Your freshly sanitised keys and welcome pack will be laid out for you to collect with non-contact.

Holiday Accommodation
  • We have always had high cleaning standard, however we have had to review these in line with new Government guidance, and can reassure you that the appropriate measures will be in place to ensure you have a lovely stay in a safe environment.
  • All accommodation will be “fogged” using an antiviral, antibacterial mist killing 99.9% of bacteria and viruses prior to your arrival. This works by a fine mist being sprayed into the atmosphere which helps sanitise all aspects from walls, ceilings, floors and surfaces.
  • All linen including towels and bedding will be laundered at 70 degrees celsius as recommended by the government.
Departure & Check Out
  • Due to the extra cleaning measures we have to undertake, the check out time is strictly 9am.
  • On departure please leave all windows open or on the latch if windy.
  • Place sheets, pillowcases, towels and mattress protectors in the bags provided.
  • Please leave the barrier card and caravan keys inside the caravan and notify reception on 01670 860256.

Facilites
  • Please note some facilities on the park may be closed due to COVID-19.
  • In line with the Government guidance to limit the increased risk of transmission there will be no live entertainment (for example singers, magicians, discos, etc).

General Information
  • Don’t forget to bring your own soap, hand gel, gloves and disinfectant and any other safety measures you require for your own personal use.
  • Please don’t forget that social distancing applies at all times. It is important to show consideration to the local community and respect social distancing in and outside the park.

Reception, Check In & Check Out
  • Check in is 2pm.
  • We kindly ask that only one member of your party enters the reception at a time.
  • We have new social distancing measures in place that include a new perplex screen at the reception counter, along with hand sanitiser for you to use.
  • Check out is strictly 12 noon.

Toilet, Shower & Laundry Facilities
  • These areas will have two cleans per day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, during which time they will be closed.
  • The facilities will be “fogged” after the morning clean using an antiviral, antibacterial mist killing 99.9% of bacteria, leaving surfaces sterile for up to 18 hours. You will not be able to enter for 20 minutes following this.
  • Regular hand washing is essential, and whilst we provide soap/hand sanitiser, you must bring your own supplies of soap, hand sanitiser and cleaning products.
  • We ask you to use your own facilities in your unit as much as possible following further advice given by the Government and local authority.
  • Should the safety and hygiene of our staff or guests be compromised we reserve the right to close these facilities at short notice, meaning you would have to use your own facilities in your unit.

Important Information

We ask that you show respect and due consideration to other guests and our wardens during these very difficult times and observe the following rules:

  • Following further advice from the Government and the local authority visitors to the park must be kept to a minimum. Social or group gatherings are not permitted.
  • Whilst on park, one other household from another tourer/holiday home may join you.
We want you all to enjoy your stay following the easing of restrictions, however out of respect for others we don’t expect rowdy or drunken behaviour. If you can’t accept this we ask you not to come and a refund will be issued.

Please don’t forget that social distancing applies at all times. It is important to show consideration to the local community and respect social distancing in and outside the park.

We look forward to welcoming you
and hope you enjoy your stay
