The Government have eased COVID-19 restrictions. We are looking forward to welcoming you all to our Holiday Parks but as always the safety of our guests and staff remains our priority which is why we are continuing with some of the procedures we already had in place during the pandemic to continue to reduce any risk of infection.

We kindly ask that if anyone in your household is displaying symptoms of Covid-19, please stay away from the Park. If you have been in contact with someone who has symptoms, or the virus please also stay away until you have self isolated for ten days. Should you experience any symptoms while on Park, you must return home immediately, if you are able to do so safely. If symptoms are worsening then you should call NHS 111 or 999 if seriously ill.

Holiday Hire and Touring Bookings

Please adhere to the following regulations for our holiday home hire and touring facilities at all times.

Reception & Check In
  • Check-in time will be arranged prior to check-in. As we are implementing a more thorough cleansing and sanitising process, please do not arrive before your allocated check-in time, as your accommodation may not be ready and we don’t have a waiting area.
  • We kindly ask that only one member of your household enters the Reception.
  • We have social distancing measures in place that include a perspex screen at the reception counter, along with hand sanitiser for you to use.
  • Your freshly sanitised keys and welcome pack will be laid out for you to collect with non-contact.

 

Holiday Accommodation
  • We have always had high cleaning standards, however we can reassure you that the appropriate measures will be in place to ensure you have a lovely stay in a safe environment.
  • All linen including towels and bedding will be laundered at 70 degrees celsius.
Departure & Check Out
  • Due to the extra cleaning measures we have to undertake, the check out time is strictly 9am.
  • Place sheets, pillowcases, towels and mattress protectors in the bags provided.
  • Please leave the barrier card and caravan keys inside the caravan and notify reception on 01670 860256.

 

 

General Information
  • Don’t forget to bring your own soap, hand gel and disinfectant and any other safety measures you require for your own personal use.

 

Reception, Check In & Check Out
  • Check in is 2pm.
  • We kindly ask that only one member of your household enters the Reception. Masks must be worn when entering Reception.
  • We have social distancing measures in place that include a perspex screen at the Reception counter, along with hand sanitiser for you to use.
  • Check out is strictly 12 noon.

 

Toilet, Shower & Laundry Facilities
  • Shared facilities for touring (showers & toilets) are open. We kindly ask you to use your own facilities in your unit as much as and where possible.
  • Regular hand washing is essential and whilst we provide hand sanitiser, you must bring your own supplies of soap, hand sanitiser and cleaning products.

 

Important Information

We ask that you show respect and due consideration to other guests and our wardens and observe the following rules:

  • We want you all to enjoy your stay following the easing of restrictions, however out of respect for others we will not tolerate rowdy or drunken behaviour. If you can’t accept this we ask you not to come and a refund will be issued.
