You will be contacted prior to your arrival to arrange a check-in time and the Holiday Home must be vacated by 9am on your day of departure.
Pets are welcome in certain Holiday Homes with a maximum of two pets per booking at a cost of £15 per dog. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and pet owners must clean up after their pets. Dangerous breeds are not permitted.
A deposit of £50 is required per holiday home at the time of booking. Full payment is due 28 days before your arrival date. If the balance is not paid by the due date we reserve the right to re-allocate the accommodation. Bookings made within four weeks of your holiday date must be paid in full at the time of booking.
We regret that we cannot refund any monies paid, either by way of deposit or balance, due to cancellation at any time, for whatever reason.
If there are any damages or breakages during your stay to the Holiday Home or anything inside the Holiday Home there will be a charge.
