Your holiday home is available between 3pm – 5pm on the day of your arrival and must be vacated by 9am on your day of departure.
A deposit of £50 is required per holiday home, per week at the time of booking. Full payment is due 28 days before your arrival date. If the balance is not paid by the due date we reserve the right to re-allocate the accommodation. Bookings made within four weeks of your holiday date must be paid in full at the time of booking; please enclose the full amount with your booking form.
We regret that we cannot refund any monies paid, either by way of deposit or balance, due to cancellation at any time, for whatever reason.
All major credit/debit cards accepted.
If there are any damages or breakages during your stay to the Holiday Home or anything inside the Holiday Home there will be a charge.
Pets are welcome at Sandhaven, however please keep your dog on a lead at all times. Owners must clean up after their pets. Dangerous breeds are not permitted. A designated dog-friendly caravan is available in our holiday home caravans to hire.
